I wont stay here again, I suggest you don't either.… That a chain this large should operate this poorly is inexcusable. Customer Service 800# is a joke and same attitudes-too bad, it is what it is, we didn't know, blah blah blah. It is only by 'request' and they don't tell you this when you check in. They don't supply the room with lotion or conditioner. Their 2 burner cooktop you can check out doesn't work and the directions are not in English. I came by car and had smaller bags which was a total disaster. They put me in 236, noise above me and then construction in the next room-to which the front desk 'no service' staff said 'I didn't know about that'!!!REALLY? That is a lie as any crew that works on a hotel has to check in and get a key to the room!! The hotel doesn't have standard 4 wheel luggage carts!! They have the open bottom 3 legged kind like the airport has. I specifically asked for a top floor QUIET room. Hilton does not give a darn about their customers or Honors customers, of which I am.
